The essentials
- Platform data is hosted in the European Union. Application servers and the database run on AWS in Frankfurt, and email delivery and voice transcription also run on EU infrastructure.
- All customer data is encrypted at rest, and all traffic is encrypted in transit.
- Our AI providers are contractually barred from training their models on data transmitted through Orderlion.
- None of our AI features is a high-risk AI system under the EU AI Act, and we publish the classification and the reasoning behind it.
- Customers can request that AI processing for their account runs exclusively on EU infrastructure.
- Our security programme follows control families and is documented and reviewed, and we describe it in full in our Security Overview.
